📋 Description

• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and financial analysis for real estate operations and investment activities • Manage accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and financial transaction reviews • Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning processes • Provide financial analysis on property performance, operational results, and investment activities • Manage and maintain accurate financial reporting across multiple entities, properties, and business units • Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and support audit requirements • Apply knowledge of UK accounting practices and reporting requirements to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting • Collaborate with asset management, operations, and leadership teams to provide timely financial insights • Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, reporting efficiency, and operational performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management roles • Proven experience supporting real estate, residential property portfolios, real estate investments, property management, or asset management companies • Strong experience in management accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting • Experience managing multi-entity financial reporting and consolidations • Familiarity with UK accounting practices and reporting requirements • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and compliance processes • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
