📋 Description
• Lead and develop a distributed technical team, ensuring alignment with global engineering standards and high-quality delivery • Integrate newly hired engineers into existing teams and workflows • Establish and enhance delivery predictability, engineering quality, operational excellence, and cross-region collaboration • Build local culture by promoting ownership, transparency, collaboration, and technical maturity • Provide technical direction across multiple disciplines (Software Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Security) • Collaborate with global stakeholders across Engineering, Product, Architecture, Security, and Service Delivery
🎯 Requirements
• Experience leading engineering teams in distributed or remote environments • Strong foundation in modern engineering practices including: CI/CD, Testing, Observability, architectural decision-making • Ability to guide multidisciplinary teams (Software Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Security) • Knowledge of agile principles, architecture and security standards, and compliance practices • Fluent English and availability to travel to São Carlos/SP when needed
