• Use data to analyze workforce trends, uncover insights, and inform HR and business strategies • Improve dynamic dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to deliver real-time visibility into main metrics such as turnover, headcount, engagement, and diversity • Translate complex data into clear, applicable insights and themes for HR Partners. • Respond to data requests while identifying opportunities to deliver deeper, predictive, or automated insights • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to adopt and scale modern HR analytics and AI-driven capabilities • Implement process improvements by using automation and AI tools to increase efficiency and reduce manual work • Champion a data-driven and AI-fluent culture within the HR team by exploring new tools, testing ideas, and sharing best practices • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including analyzing exit data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• An undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Development or Effectiveness preferred or equivalent combination of education and related experience • 2+ years related experience within a range of HR disciplines • Experience working with data, reporting, and visualization tools (Power BI) • Expertise in Excel, being able to create and consolidate data, pivot tables, build dashboards and automated templates. • Curiosity and interest in AI, automation, and new technologies. • Advanced English communication skills.
