📋 Description

• Lead the design and implementation of GenAI solutions in enterprise and regulated environments • Define scalable architectures using LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, guardrails, and model routing strategies • Establish evaluation, monitoring, and governance standards for Generative AI applications • Work directly with product and business teams to transform needs into production-ready solutions • Develop frameworks, reusable components, templates, and best practices for adoption across multiple teams • Lead technical reviews and support architectural decisions • Serve as a technical authority for engineers and data scientists • Ensure alignment with Responsible AI, information security, compliance, and model risk management requirements • Promote knowledge transfer and enablement for the teams responsible for supporting the solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced/Fluent English for working in a global environment • Strong experience in Machine Learning Engineering and/or LLM Engineering in production environments • Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) • Hands-on experience with AI Agents • Hands-on experience with GenAI guardrails • Hands-on experience with Model Selection & Routing • Hands-on experience with offline and online model evaluation • Hands-on experience with regression testing for AI applications • Hands-on experience with human-in-the-loop validation • Hands-on experience with model monitoring and observability • Experience with cloud environments, especially AWS and/or Databricks • Knowledge of model and dataset versioning, experiment tracking, and MLOps • Ability to influence multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders without formal authority • Preferred: experience with MLflow and Unity Catalog • Preferred: knowledge of Databricks Model Serving • Preferred: experience with Kubernetes, EKS, or distributed environments • Preferred: experience in highly regulated industries • Preferred: knowledge of Responsible AI governance and frameworks
