📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain complex data processing and streaming service modules • Apply algorithms, performance analysis, and profiling techniques to optimize performance and memory consumption • Drive end-to-end technical delivery, from requirements and implementation decisions through testing, deployment, and production support • Develop and operate AWS services across multiple regions using ECS/EC2, S3, DynamoDB, SQS, ElastiCache/Redis, Lambda, and CloudFront • Investigate performance, concurrency, and reliability issues in production, identify root causes, and implement lasting fixes • Participate in architecture and technical design discussions with architects and rendering teams, evaluating technical alternatives and trade-offs • Implement solutions aligned with agreed architectural guidelines • Improve test coverage, observability, deployment automation, and code quality • Participate in code reviews • Apply AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, automation, and delivery quality

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • At least 7 years of hands-on professional software development experience building, delivering, and operating backend services in production • Strong professional experience with Java, including object-oriented programming, concurrency, performance optimization, and troubleshooting • Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure, particularly Amazon ECS Fargate and EC2 • Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and deployment across multiple environments • Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and mathematics, with the ability to analyze computational complexity, memory consumption, and performance trade-offs • Ability to independently drive technically complex deliveries, from component design through implementation and production operations • Experience building and troubleshooting high-traffic distributed systems • Experience with REST APIs or WebSockets and data formats such as JSON or Protobuf • Knowledge of observability practices, including logs, metrics, and tracing • Willingness to use AI-assisted development tools to increase productivity and software quality • Experience with Rust, particularly in developing high-performance native components and data processing solutions • Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and frontend frameworks • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, such as Jenkins or Harness • Systems-level experience with memory-mapped files, columnar storage, and database engines such as Parquet and DuckDB • Experience with 3D model data, geometry, mesh processing, point clouds, levels of detail, compression, or streaming pipelines • Knowledge of CDNs, global data distribution, containerization, and orchestration using technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes • Experience with observability tools such as Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk • Knowledge of network protocols such as HTTP/2 and WebSockets and their impact on streaming performance
