📋 Description

• Align and execute process improvement projects • Map processes, analyze data, and produce management reports • Identify risks, improvement opportunities, and operational gains • Apply agile methodologies and quality tools • Act with a focus on results, efficiency, and customer experience • Work collaboratively with different areas and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field • MBA or postgraduate degree (preferred) • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI) • Knowledge of process mapping, quality tools, and OKRs • Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) • Green Belt certification • Intermediate knowledge of Project Management • English (preferred)
