📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and evolve backend services using Java • Help build, evolve, and integrate AI agents into existing backend systems • Collaborate in developing services and APIs that support intelligent agents, ensuring scalability and reliability • Use generative AI tools, such as Cursor and/or Claude Opus, to: accelerate code development; support refactoring and continuous improvement; assist in legacy code analysis and reverse engineering; aid in writing and reviewing tests and technical documentation; and contribute to the design, evolution, and maintenance of software architecture, including AI-related solutions • Implement development best practices, industry-standard patterns, and principles such as Clean Code, SOLID, and Design Patterns • Ensure code quality through technical reviews, automated testing, and the use of supporting tools • Work collaboratively with Product, Architecture, DevOps, and other teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in backend development with Java • Experience developing REST and/or GraphQL APIs • Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases • Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines • Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes • Experience with cloud computing, especially AWS • Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) • Practical experience or familiarity using AI tools to support development, such as Cursor, Claude Opus, Copilot, or similar • Interest or experience in collaborating on the development of AI agents and intelligent solutions integrated with the backend.
