• The Senior Client Executive is a growth-minded leader responsible for growing strategic client engagement and revenue. • Build deep client partnerships, influence cross-functional teams, and deliver accurate, insight-driven projections. • Manage renewal strategy and execution to maximize revenue retention while driving upsell and cross-sell growth. • Deliver accurate revenue forecasting through structured planning and disciplined opportunity management. • Be a strategic consultant to clients—translating complex needs into actionable recommendations.
• Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant experience • 10+ years financial institutions knowledge • 10+ years of experience in enterprise account management, client leadership, or strategic partnerships within SaaS, data, or tech-driven environments • Experience managing high-value, high-complexity clients with executive-level relationship ownership • Forecast revenue supported by disciplined pipeline management and data-driven insights • Commercial experience with a record of renewal and expansion achievement • Experience influencing and collaborating with cross-functional internal stakeholders • Operate with urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Willingness to travel up to 40%
