📋 Description
• Connect customer data and behavior to CRM decision-making • Translate analytical models into practical CRM actions • Contribute to increasing customer engagement, conversion, and retention • Monitor performance of campaigns using NBO/NBA
🎯 Requirements
• Strong experience in data analysis, CRM analytics, and marketing analytics • Advanced proficiency in SQL for extraction and analytical modeling • Advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau • Familiarity with NBO/NBA applications and propensity models • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies • Knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Adobe Campaign • Knowledge of Python, R, or other analytical languages is desirable
