• Experiência comprovada gerenciando projetos com múltiplas frentes e prazos apertados. • Vivência em operação digital, idealmente infoproduto, direct response, igaming ou OB. • Entendimento geral do funil e da estrutura de um lançamento (página, checkout, área de membros, tráfego, criativo) não precisa executar, precisa saber cobrar e conversar. • Domínio de ferramentas de gestão (Trello, Notion, ClickUp, Asana ou similar). • Autonomia total: alguém que resolve, não que espera resolver. • Boa comunicação escrita e verbal pra tocar time remoto.
