⢠Experience in Customer Success, Customer Support or Client Relationship roles. ⢠Excellent verbal and written communication. ⢠Organized, analytical, and able to prioritize effectively. ⢠Comfortable leading meetings and working with diverse client profiles. ⢠Results-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills. ⢠Experience with CRM systems (Kommo, RD Station, Pipedrive or similar) is a plus. ⢠Active CNPJ (contracting under the PJ/company model).
