⢠Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners to provide a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers ⢠Review and distribute approved job requisitions ⢠Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate assessments ⢠Conduct background checks and ensure compliance with hiring standards ⢠Compile new hire documents and verify credentials ⢠Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System ⢠Respond to candidate and employee inquiries and troubleshoot TA system issues ⢠Process referral bonus reports and support onboarding of outsourced resources ⢠Manage access clearance approvals and English test purchases ⢠Support recruiting events and projects (e.g., internships, job fairs) ⢠Partner with HR and business teams to meet hiring goals and improve recruitment processes ⢠Ensure compliance with recruitment laws and regulations ⢠Handle special projects and additional responsibilities
⢠High School Diploma ⢠2+ years of experience in administrative function, in Recruiting or Human Resources ⢠Advanced English skills, both written and verbal ⢠Experience working in a high-volume, multi-client environment ⢠Experience planning and prioritizing daily responsibilities for optimum efficiency ⢠Previous job stability, including maintaining long-term work relationships with former employers ⢠Related Bachelor's degree or HR Program certificate ⢠Previous experience supporting recruiting processes ⢠Experience with an Applicant Tracking System, like SmartRecruiters, or iCIMS ⢠Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing candidates to the interview and hiring process
