📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer support to agents, associations, and insurance carriers • Foster and sustain positive, professional relationships with agents, associations, and insurance providers • Respond to phone and email inquiries promptly and professionally • Undertake additional responsibilities related to the Broker Support role as assigned by your immediate manager • Propose enhancements for processes and technology to improve efficiency • Maintain and update the department’s process manual

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in office administration is required • Capable of managing tight deadlines and multiple priorities effectively • Effective problem-solving and investigative skills • Reliable, trustworthy, proactive, with a keen sense of ownership and initiative • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent time management and organizational abilities • Approachable and professional in delivering suboptimal information via in-person, phone, and email interactions • Strong computer skills with a capacity to learn new systems • Ability to handle stressful situations with a positive, proactive attitude • Must reside and be authorized to work in the United States
