• Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs • Source qualified candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and more • Screen and interview candidates to ensure skills, fit, and readiness • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers • Handle salary discussions and offer negotiations • Build and manage a talent pipeline for future hiring • Lead recruitment by improving processes • Track key recruitment metrics and provide performance reports
• 1+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably remote including onboarding • Strong background in real estate hiring is preferred but not required • Excellent communication and people skills • Proactive, organized, and can manage multiple roles independently • Tech-savvy — comfortable using and understanding ATS (knowledge in Recruit is preferred) and recruitment tools • Loves to learn and open to feedback • Experience working with global clients
