âą Coordinate and manage all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to closing. âą Liaise between real estate agents, clients, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction. âą Prepare and review contracts, addendums, and other transaction-related documents. âą Ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant regulations. âą Serve as the main point of contact for all parties involved in the transaction. âą Provide regular updates to clients, agents, and other stakeholders on the status of transactions. âą Monitor and enforce timelines to ensure timely completion of all transaction milestones. âą Proactively address and resolve any issues that may arise during the transaction process. âą Stay current on real estate regulations and ensure transactions adhere to legal and ethical standards. âą Identify and address any challenges or obstacles that may arise during the transaction process.
âą Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred. âą Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly. âą Has an experience with Florida & Texas State Compliance. âą Motivated to serve people and provide excellent customer service. âą Must have at least 6+ months of real estate experience.
âą Fast and reliable wired internet connection of not less than 10 Mbps. âą Quiet, private home office free from noise background or distractions. âą Updated computer (desktop or laptop) Intel Core i3 / i5 / i7 or AMD equivalent is highly required and an excellent quality headset with microphone, and a working webcam.
