📋 Description
• provide end-to-end support for HRIS implementation projects • collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions • analyze and optimize HR processes through system enhancements
🎯 Requirements
• Professional experience (5+ years) in Business Analyst roles; • Strong command of SAP SuccessFactors or an equivalent HRIS system; • Solid knowledge of HRIS integrations, workflows, and organizational structure; • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate, solve problems, and pay attention to detail.
