📋 Description
• Collaborate with Finance teams and stakeholders on payroll matters • Analyze and improve payroll systems and processes • Provide technical support and guidance on payroll systems • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and policies
🎯 Requirements
• Professional experience (5+ years) in Payroll Business Analyst roles; • Strong command of Payroll Systems (e.g., ADP Celergo); • Solid knowledge of managing international stakeholders and Finance teams; • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate, solve problems, and pay attention to detail.
