📋 Description

• Provide Service Desk support using Active Directory, O365, software installation, printers, and standard applications • Troubleshoot and support TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi concepts and technologies • Support users in English and one of Czech, Italian, German, or Spanish • Work remotely while residing in Portugal

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience (5+ years) in Service Desk and/or similar roles • Strong command of Active Directory, O365, software installation, printers, and other standard applications • Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi • Fluency in English and one of the following languages: Czech, Italian, German, or Spanish – Mandatory Requirement • Candidate must already be living in Portugal
