📋 Description

• This contract position will lead the ADP Workforce Now implementation project across multiple employer entities for hourly, salary, union, non-union, prevailing wage, and tipped employees. • The consultant will serve as the project subject matter expert, partnering closely with Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Finance, and IT teams to ensure a seamless implementation, data migration, testing, training, and go-live experience. • Develop and manage the overall implementation project plan, timeline, milestones, and deliverables. • Serve as the primary consultant and advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle. • Facilitate project governance meetings, status updates, risk assessments, and issue resolution. • Coordinate activities between internal stakeholders and the ADP implementation team. • Review and validate system requirements and business processes. • Configure and optimize ADP Workforce Now modules, including: • Core HR • Payroll (including General Ledger) • Benefits Administration • Time & Attendance • Recruiting • Performance Management • Expenses • Lead the data conversion strategy from Paycom to ADP Workforce Now. • Create comprehensive testing plans and scripts. • Develop administrator and end-user training materials. • Ensure implementation aligns with federal, state, and local payroll and employment regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience. • 5+ years of ADP Workforce Now implementation experience. • Demonstrated success leading full-cycle HRIS and payroll implementations. • Experience migrating from Paycom or a comparable HCM platform preferred. • Strong understanding of payroll processing, benefits administration, time and attendance systems, HRIS configuration and reporting. • Experience managing complex cross-functional projects. • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills. • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities. • Ability to travel to company location(s) as project needs warrant.
