• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for our Revenue and Product & Engineering organizations, from sourcing to offer negotiation. • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates. • Partner closely with hiring managers and executive leadership to understand their team's needs and provide strategic guidance on hiring. • Utilize Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter and other tech to manage your pipeline, track progress, and report on key metrics. • Act as a brand ambassador for Extend, effectively communicating our mission, values, and culture. • Maintain a fast-paced, results-oriented approach to recruiting, consistently meeting and exceeding hiring goals. • Serve as a trusted advisor to candidates, proactively keeping them engaged and 'warm' throughout the recruiting process. • May support other roles and departments as needed based on bandwidth.
• 8-10 years of experience recruiting for start-ups in the tech industry, with a strong focus on Revenue and Product & Engineering hiring. • Expertise in developing and executing effective sourcing strategies and direct candidate outreach. • Hands-on experience with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter. • Demonstrated ability to work with and advise executives on hiring decisions and talent strategy. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building strong relationships. • A track record of thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • A passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
