📋 Description

• Collaborate with neuropsychology to implement high-impact tailored interventions • Deliver empirically-based psychotherapy treatment • Identify milestones for client advancement and monitor personalized treatment plans • Engage in crisis intervention as necessary and refer patients to community resources • Assist in making referrals to relevant healthcare providers and programs • Participate in clinical team meetings • Document in accordance with formal guidelines within electronic medical records (EMR) • Assume accountability for professional growth and fulfilling licensure obligations to retain credentials by participating in relevant workshops and seminars

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree: Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or Marriage/Family Counseling • New York State Professional licensure • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong time management and organizational skills • Ability to use digital tools comfortably and openness to learning new technology • Ability to build rapport with clients
