📋 Description

• Define and lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data products aligned with business objectives and the company’s data platform. • Translate business and cross-functional team needs into clear data product requirements, with readable data contracts and well-defined consumption patterns. • Prioritize the backlog based on value, effort, and impact, balancing demands from multiple stakeholders. • Partner with Data Engineering, Data Science, AI, and Product teams to enable scalable, reusable deliveries. • Define and track success, adoption, and quality metrics for data products. • Ensure delivered products meet the use cases of consuming teams, including Generative AI applications and autonomous agents. • Safeguard data governance, reliability, and compliance (including LGPD) in collaboration with responsible areas. • Communicate decisions, trade-offs, and roadmap evolution clearly to technical and business audiences.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner, preferably focused on data products, data platforms, or data-driven products. • Experience managing the full product lifecycle: discovery, prioritization, roadmap, writing requirements, and tracking metrics. • Solid understanding of data engineering and architecture concepts (pipelines, ingestion, transformation, Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and data contracts). • Ability to translate business problems into data solutions and to engage in-depth with technical teams. • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). • Familiarity with product metrics and a data-driven decision-making culture. • Good understanding of data governance, quality, and privacy (LGPD). • Desired: • Experience with the concept of Data as a Product and frameworks like Data Mesh. • Familiarity with AWS cloud environments (S3, Glue, Athena, SageMaker, Bedrock and related services). • Knowledge of Generative AI use cases (RAG, agents, LLMs) and how data products feed these solutions. • Basic SQL skills for autonomous data exploration and validation. • Previous experience in the financial sector or in high-scale, high-criticality environments. • Certifications in product management (e.g., Pragmatic, Reforge) or AWS cloud.
