📋 Description

• Act as the ‘quarterback’ for the pan-EMEA distributor relationship and own C-level distributor engagement • Build and execute plans to maximize and measure distributor performance and align to Regional Director and Channel Leader objectives • Drive corporate sales out revenue with focus on disti-led high potential resellers, ensuring pipeline of VARs and MSPs • Maintain continuous sell-in focus and manage distributor inventory/stocking discussions and contractual minimums • Manage weekly bookings and POS forecasts, stock rotation expectations, and KPI tracking • Enable cloud capability into and through distributors and partner on strategic channel marketing programs • Lead contractual and operational negotiations and quarterly business planning (QBP) with distributor and stakeholders • Proactively manage MDF approvals and spend, evaluate partner program compliance and lead virtual teams of iDPAMs and colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• Degree level education and/or equivalent relevant distribution management experience • Some local language fluency as well as fluent English • Optimistic, confident and enthusiastic attitude with a progressive and pragmatic approach to achieving goals • Self-starter and team player • Experienced background or strong solution selling skillset in transmitting advanced technology differentiators into the channel • Able and willing to travel regularly across the region (some global travel) including some out-of-hours working • Strong relationship-building, presentation, MS Excel and problem-solving skills • An influencer and leader
