📋 Description

• Assist with recruiting efforts including job postings, screening, and coordinating interviews • Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for team members • Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records and tracking HR metrics • Participate in HR meetings and trainings to gain insight into strategic people operations • Help maintain compliance with company policies and legal employment regulations • Collaborate on employee engagement initiatives to enhance company culture • Assist in organizing company events and recognition programs • Shadow and learn from experienced HR professionals in various functional areas • Contribute to process improvement projects within the People & Culture team • Provide general support to the HR department as needed

• Strong interest in human resources and organizational culture • High level of confidentiality and professionalism • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively • Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite • Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a relevant academic program
