• Gestão de projetos, apoiando equipes e contribuindo para a excelência operacional. • Elaboração de drafts de faturamento. • Confecção e validação de impostos, dados cadastrais e demais informações financeiras. • Finalização de faturas no sistema interno conforme políticas e procedimentos estabelecidos. • Organização e levantamento de comprovantes de despesas relacionados aos projetos. • Acompanhamento de áreas internas no alinhamento de informações.
🎯 Requirements
• Ensino superior em andamento ou concluído nas áreas de Administração, Economia, Ciências Contábeis ou correlatas • Vivência em análise de documentação e informações • Conhecimento em Pacote Office • Conhecimento em sistema de tickets (ex: Service Now).
