📋 Description

• Manage tickets and resolve issues within the ServiceNow system • Perform system maintenance, implementing improvements and optimizations • Gather requirements from requesting departments and create/maintain the service catalog structure • Automate processes and workflows based on business needs • Conduct quality testing • Prepare user training materials and deliver platform-specific training for the solution deliverables • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote integration and operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or Systems Analysis and Development • Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office • Intermediate/Advanced English • Experience with the ServiceNow platform • Knowledge of programming and scripting languages such as Angular, JavaScript, and Java
