📋 Description

• Work on investment structuring projects in Brazil and abroad, assisting our clients in identifying the most appropriate solutions for their ventures and facilitating decision-making processes; • Perform interpretations of bilateral tax treaties and identify alternatives to minimize tax burden; • Develop and maintain productive client relationships throughout the year. Set clear expectations regarding the value to be delivered; • Stay informed about general economic and corporate developments and their impact on clients; • Develop team members by encouraging them to reflect and take ownership of their contributions. Successfully delegate work, conduct timely performance reviews, and provide feedback and coaching on performance; • Understand EY's service lines and actively encourage team members to contribute ideas and identify opportunities to apply the firm's services.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with taxation of profits earned across different countries and on remittances abroad; • Advanced/Fluent English; • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or Accounting; • Experience with corporate reorganizations such as restructurings, mergers, acquisitions, and similar transactions; • Familiarity with direct taxes in international operations; • Expertise in preparing technical proposals and business development; • Knowledge of Digital Tax.
