📋 Description
• Manage tickets, resolving issues in the ServiceNow system • Perform system maintenance, implementing improvements and optimizations • Gather requirements from requesting departments and create/maintain the service catalog structure • Automate processes and workflows based on business needs • Perform quality assurance testing • Prepare training materials for users and deliver platform-specific training for project deliverables • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote integration and operational efficiency
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or Systems Analysis and Development • Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office • Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency • Experience with the ServiceNow platform • Knowledge of programming and scripting languages such as Angular, JavaScript, and Java
