📋 Description

• Lead the day-to-day execution of M&A projects and capital strategy initiatives; • Coordinate teams, structuring financial and strategic analyses; • Engage with clients and investors, supporting negotiations and ensuring the technical quality of deliverables, while contributing to business development and team growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in M&A, Investment Banking, Transaction Services, Valuation, or related areas; • Strong experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, investment valuation, and supporting strategic decision-making; • Preferred experience in project management, interaction with diverse stakeholders, and the ability to perform in dynamic, high-complexity environments; • Advanced English.
