📋 Description

• Lead multiple global and local projects within Global Compliance and Reporting (GCR), helping large organizations manage and reduce operational tax risks. • Guide the team in managing risks and opportunities related to the calculation and assessment of direct taxes: Corporate Income Tax (IRPJ) and Social Contribution on Net Profit (CSLL). • Assist audit teams by reviewing tax calculations and identifying risks and potential exposures. • Review and prepare deferred tax and related projections in accordance with ASC 740 and IAS 12, as well as Tax Provision calculations and effective tax rate reconciliation. • Review and prepare the ECF (Escrituração Contábil Fiscal) and ECD (Escrituração Contábil Digital). • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel and evaluate client satisfaction. • Supervise daily fieldwork, report work status to supervisors, and manage team performance. • Develop team members through effective delegation, coaching, feedback, and training related to performance. • Contribute ideas and opinions to the tax teams and be receptive to the viewpoints of other team members. • Maintain cooperative relationships with other working teams. • Monitor team progress against plans and make adjustments when necessary. • Generate new business opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Law, Business Administration, or Economics. • Advanced/Fluent English. • Consistent experience in projects involving the calculation of direct taxes and the development of tax planning strategies aligned with each client’s global needs. • Deep knowledge of direct taxes (IRPJ and CSLL — Lucro Real and Lucro Presumido regimes) and experience preparing/reviewing ECF and ECD filings. • Advanced verbal and written communication skills. • Strong commitment to teamwork and demonstrated leadership abilities.
