📋 Description
• Lead SAP implementation projects, ensuring organizational changes are effectively managed • Develop and implement organizational structures that meet the company’s strategic needs • Analyze and optimize compensation and benefits plans, aligning them with market best practices • Facilitate organizational transformation, fostering a culture of adaptability and innovation • Drive change management initiatives using proven methodologies to ensure employee acceptance and engagement • Create and present monitoring reports and dashboards using Power BI, providing actionable insights on KPIs and organizational performance • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields • Proven experience leading SAP system implementation projects, with a focus on change management • Experience in leading restructuring projects and aligning organizational structure • Expertise in change management methodologies with relevant certifications (Prosci, HCMBOK) • Data analysis skills: Power BI and Excel • Ability to design and build monitoring dashboards • Intermediate English and/or Spanish • Availability to travel
