📋 Description

• Work on an international nearshore project, supporting corporate transformation initiatives and identity integration across Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID environments • Administer, maintain, and enhance Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID environments • Support identity integration initiatives related to corporate transformations, mergers, and acquisitions • Plan and implement Active Directory domain consolidations • Perform directory object migrations • Support tenant integrations and migrations in Microsoft Entra ID • Design, implement, and maintain hybrid identity solutions • Configure and administer identity synchronization services • Work with Entra Connect, Cloud Sync, and related technologies • Configure and administer Conditional Access policies • Implement and maintain Multi-Factor Authentication • Support Single Sign-On and Identity Governance solutions • Conduct health assessments of Active Directory environments • Collaborate with security, infrastructure, cloud, and compliance teams on architecture assessments, migration planning, troubleshooting, and environment stabilization • Ensure compliance with technical, operational, and governance standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field • Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2), with the ability to communicate in an international environment • Hands-on experience administering and maintaining Microsoft Active Directory environments • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, formerly Azure Active Directory • In-depth knowledge of Active Directory Domain Services • Experience with hybrid identity architectures • Knowledge of identity synchronization and integration between on-premises and cloud environments • Experience with Entra Connect, Azure AD Connect, Cloud Sync, or equivalent technologies • Experience with Active Directory domain migrations or consolidations • Experience with tenant integrations or migrations in Microsoft Entra ID • Knowledge of Conditional Access and Multi-Factor Authentication • Experience using PowerShell for administration and automation • Ability to investigate and resolve complex identity, authentication, and synchronization issues • Knowledge of DNS, Group Policy, PKI, and Kerberos in Active Directory environments • Experience conducting health assessments and analyzing Active Directory environments
