📋 Description

• Provide remote and/or on-site support services to implement and maintain the environment in full operation • Use configuration management tools to maintain consistency and standardization across environments • Manage environments using containers and orchestrators, such as Docker, Kubernetes, and related technologies • Automate the creation, configuration, and scalability of servers, clusters, and other resources in on-premises and cloud environments • Diagnose and resolve issues in production environments, taking preventive action to avoid recurrence • Ensure environment security through access control, encryption, and adherence to information security best practices • Conduct performance and stability tests to validate improvements and identify bottlenecks • Keep documentation up to date regarding automation pipelines, configurations, technical procedures, and implemented enhancements • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align automation, continuous integration, and continuous delivery (CI/CD) strategies, strengthening the DevOps culture

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Information Technology or a related field • Demonstrated professional experience through employment records or a statement from a public or private institution where the candidate previously worked in the role • Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps practices • Track record of infrastructure automation using Ansible and/or Terraform • Deploy systems in a scalable and resilient manner using Docker and Kubernetes • Develop and execute application migration plans for Kubernetes • Troubleshoot technical infrastructure issues in Kubernetes environments • ITIL v4 training of at least 12 hours • Official ITIL 4 Foundation certification or higher • Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) certification • DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (LFS162) course or equivalent
