📋 Description

• Manage tickets, resolving issues in the ServiceNow system; • Perform system maintenance, implementing improvements and optimizations; • Gather requirements from requesting areas and create/maintain the service catalog structure; • Automate processes and workflows based on business needs; • Conduct quality testing; • Prepare training materials for users and deliver platform-specific training for the deliverables; • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote integration and operational efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or Systems Analysis and Development • Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office • Intermediate/Advanced English • Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform • Experience with programming and scripting languages such as Angular, JavaScript, and Java.
