âą Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for various positions. âą Post job advertisements on various platforms, such as online job boards, social media, and Company website. âą Screen resumes and applications and identify qualified candidates based on the job requirements and criteria. âą Schedule and conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews with candidates and evaluate their skills, experience, and fit for the role and the Company culture. âą Provide feedback and updates on the recruitment process and status of candidates. âą Build and maintain a talent pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs. âą Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time to hire and quality of hire.
âą Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or four to eight years of work experience in a related field. âą Proven recruiting experience or a combination of business experience or education. âą Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
