📋 Description

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for various positions. • Post job advertisements on various platforms, such as online job boards, social media, and Company website. • Screen resumes and applications and identify qualified candidates based on the job requirements and criteria. • Schedule and conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews with candidates and evaluate their skills, experience, and fit for the role and the Company culture. • Provide feedback and updates on the recruitment process and status of candidates. • Build and maintain a talent pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs. • Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time to hire and quality of hire.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or four to eight years of work experience in a related field. • Proven recruiting experience or a combination of business experience or education. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
