• Maximize profitability in Earning Assets across all LATAM countries • Help identify opportunities within category, KPIs, and store performance • Provide informed recommendations to drive revenue growth or efficiencies • Collect, analyze, and report on lending and merchandise sales data • Develop and prepare Weekly/Monthly reporting for Executive Team and Field Ops • Analyze market trends on key merchandise categories • Develop relationships and partner with field operators
• 5-10 years of operational or financial analyst experience, preferably in the retail or financial lending industries • 2-5 years of previous leadership experience • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, or Finance from a four-year college or university preferred
