📋 Description

• Responsible for the installation, commissioning, and testing of automated door systems • Work with teams installing and managing the installation of FAAC door systems • Undertake all necessary pre-installation checks • Compliance of Installation work instructions • Liaise with client, other trades, and third parties as indicated on work instructions • Install equipment in-line with company standards and current regulations • Complete all post installation & commissioning checks • Support with warranty resolution • Handover process to client including site training in use of installed products • Keep tools, equipment, or vehicles supplied by the company in good working order • Support the business on an ad-hoc basis as required where appropriate i.e. attending pre-order meetings in the office or site meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• EN16005 authorised technician • Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) • Skilled Worker Certified • Full UK Driving Licence • Installation experience of door systems • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for meeting the requirements of the role and satisfying customers • Practical problem solver and open to overcoming daily challenges • Able to take initiative i.e. proactive, self-driven and able to standalone • High technical competency with a willingness to learn new skills and technologies • FAAC product knowledge is preferable • Practical engineering expertise including field engineering skill • Clear and concise verbal communicator • Comfortable communicating via telephone • Customer focused • A team player that can work well with everyone • Patient and calm under pressure • Proficient in IT systems and tools.
