📋 Description
• Manage cases from inception to completion • Analyze cases and advise clients on strategies • Draft court pleadings and respond to motions • Attend court hearings (telephonic and in-person) • Handle other duties and special projects as needed
🎯 Requirements
• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school • Licensed to practice law in the state of New Mexico • At least 1 year of legal experience, preferably in litigation, real estate, or mortgage law • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to interpret and work within client systems • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and online research • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high-volume caseload
