• Looking for a Strategic Talent Sourcer with expertise in sourcing hard to fill Non-Technical profiles. • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers in building and managing a strong pipeline of candidates across multiple disciplines. • Play a vital role in shaping the talent landscape and identifying key talent in support of critical hiring initiatives.
• 5+ years of sourcing experience, preferably supporting a variety of professional level non-tech roles for US-based companies or teams. • Proficiency with sourcing platforms and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and Boolean/X-ray search techniques. • Flexibility to work hours that align with US time zones. • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and reporting tools. • Self-motivated, highly organized, and excellent at prioritizing in a fast-paced environment. • Experience sourcing for a successful Start Up is a definite plus.
