📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership to the squad. • Guide engineers on complex solutions, ensuring development best practices. • Conduct code reviews and define coding standards. • Manage API governance, versioning, and contracts. • Collaborate with Architects on technical implementation.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in software development, • Strong proficiency in both Backend (Node.js) and Frontend (Vue.js) development. • Solid experience with MongoDB and Azure infrastructure. • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes orchestration. • Solid understanding of cloud-native architecture, microservices, and asynchronous communication. • Proven experience in technical leadership, influencing teams, and elevating technical maturity. • Knowledge of API Management, governance, and contracts. • English at a minimum B2+ level (professional working proficiency). • Candidates must reside in Portugal or accepted EU countries: Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Romania.
