📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain backend APIs and services using Node.js • Implement and optimize integrations with relational and NoSQL databases • Ensure code quality standards, automated tests, and development best practices • Work closely with frontend, mobile, and product teams to align technical requirements • Monitor and optimize application performance, scalability, and security • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers • Contribute to architecture, improvements, and refactors to keep the system sustainable

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience (5+ years) in Node.js development • Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript • Experience with REST and/or GraphQL APIs • Advanced knowledge of databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB • Proficient with version control using Git • Experience with automated testing: Jest, Mocha, Chai, etc. • Experience with microservices architecture and messaging systems: Kafka and RabbitMQ • Knowledge of security best practices for backend applications • Experience with cloud environments: AWS, Azure, or GCP • Experience with containers and orchestration: Docker and Kubernetes • Knowledge of CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK • Experience working with agile methodologies: Scrum and Kanban • Proactive with the ability to solve complex problems • Clear and collaborative communication skills • Results-oriented with attention to quality • Interest in innovation and continuous improvement
