📋 Description

• Design, develop and maintain backend APIs and services using Node.js • Implement and optimize integrations with relational and NoSQL databases • Ensure code quality standards, automated testing, and development best practices • Work closely with frontend, mobile, and product teams to align technical requirements • Monitor and optimize application performance, scalability, and security • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers • Contribute to architecture, improvements, and refactorings to keep the system sustainable

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience (5+ years) developing with Node.js • Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript • Experience with REST APIs and/or GraphQL • Advanced knowledge of databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB • Proficient with version control using Git • Experience with automated testing, such as Jest, Mocha, and Chai • Experience with microservices architecture and messaging systems such as Kafka and RabbitMQ • Knowledge of security practices for backend applications • Experience with cloud environments: AWS, Azure, or GCP • Preferred: experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Preferred: knowledge of CI/CD, including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI • Preferred: familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack • Preferred: experience with Scrum and Kanban • Proactivity and the ability to solve complex problems • Clear and collaborative communication • Results-oriented, with attention to detail and quality • Interest in innovation and continuous improvement
