📋 Description

• Provide production support and technical maintenance for .NET systems, ensuring application availability and reliability • Monitor systems and messaging platforms, analyzing logs, queues, and metrics to identify and resolve incidents • Perform debugging and technical triage of issues, ensuring defects are fixed and minimizing business impact • Propose and implement continuous improvements to application code, architecture, and monitoring • Support business teams and other technical areas with requirements analysis and clarification of functional questions • Develop and maintain .NET APIs, microservices, and integrations • Ensure application observability through the use of APM tools, metrics, and centralized logs • Participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban) and contribute to the full application lifecycle (development, deployment, monitoring, and support)

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience with .NET / C# (minimum 3 years) • Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) • Experience working with microservices and messaging environments (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus, etc.) • Knowledge of application monitoring, log analysis, and observability tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, Prometheus, Kibana, etc.) • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Hands-on experience with unit testing (TDD) and design patterns • Experience integrating and supporting cloud applications (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) • Knowledge of the financial services market and banking operations • Experience with Elasticsearch, GraphQL, and code quality tools (SonarQube) • Previous experience supporting and maintaining mission-critical, highly available systems • Intermediate English or Spanish • Investigative and analytical mindset, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex problems • Strong communication skills with technical and business stakeholders • Proactivity, ownership, and results-oriented mindset • Team spirit and resilience when handling critical demands • Organization and attention to detail • Ability to self-manage and work in dynamic environments
