• Build & qualify pipeline across developers, founders, research labs, and AI startups • Manage outreach sequences (HubSpot, Clay, Reply.io, n8n) • Re-engage existing sign-ups and subscribers; identify high-value users • Coordinate partner calls & discovery meetings with the CRO and founders • Track CRM, pipeline metrics, and weekly reporting • Support partnership programs and early co-selling motions • Propose creative GTM experiments and new partnership opportunities • Prospect and qualify outbound opportunities • Handle inbound interest and schedule discovery calls • Manage partner relationships with creators, labs, and dev communities • Maintain CRM hygiene and lead scoring • Collaborate with DevRel on co-marketing and ecosystem initiatives
• 1–3 years in BDR, SDR, partnerships, or growth (AI or dev tools a bonus) • Comfortable engaging technical audiences (developers, founders, researchers) • Excellent written and verbal communication — concise, credible, human • Entrepreneurial and self-driven — you operate independently and get things done • Highly organized with clean CRM habits • Familiar with HubSpot, Clay, n8n, or similar tools • Bonus: basic understanding of LLMs, APIs, or model deployment
