📋 Description

• Lead the strategic, tactical, and operational planning of the Technology area, ensuring alignment with the Institute's objectives. • Define technology guidelines, architecture, and solutions, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to market best practices. • Manage IT infrastructure (cloud, networks, servers, databases), ensuring availability, performance, and continuity of services. • Drive digital transformation initiatives, promoting innovation, automation, and continuous improvement of organizational processes. • Administer the area budget, seeking efficiency in resource use and maximizing the return on technology investments, especially under budget constraints. • Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams (internal and partner teams), fostering a collaborative, high-performance, and innovative environment. • Manage technology vendors and partners, ensuring quality of deliveries, SLA compliance, and sustainable relationships. • Ensure information security and the mitigation of cyber risks. • Ensure compliance with LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law). • Monitor the area's performance through indicators (KPIs) and reports for executive leadership. • Manage critical incidents, ensuring rapid response and continuity of operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields. • Postgraduate degree or MBA in related areas. • Solid experience (minimum 10 years) in technology management with strategic responsibilities. • Generalist profile with experience in infrastructure, systems, information security, and technology architecture. • Experience in IT strategic planning (roadmap, budget, structure). • Experience with digital transformation, system implementations (ERP), and emerging technologies (e.g., AI). • Experience managing technology vendors and contracts. • Knowledge of IT governance (ITIL, COBIT), information security, and LGPD. • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Agile). • Advanced English (reading, writing, and technical conversation).
