📋 Description
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process across technical and non-technical roles • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft job descriptions • Use AI tools and creative sourcing strategies to find top talent • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines • Continuously improve recruitment processes • Take on HR-related responsibilities • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts
🎯 Requirements
• 2–5 years of recruiting experience • Experience in technical recruiting in a startup or fast-paced environment • Interest in using AI to enhance recruitment • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills • Highly organized and resourceful • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in HR or a related field • Reside in Canada
