📋 Description
• Lead and unify the global Quality Assurance and Control teams • Champion the development and execution of global quality strategy • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across quality teams and vendors • Oversee the implementation of effective measurement and control systems • Develop and maintain KPIs and reporting systems
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field • 10+ years’ experience in quality management • Strong knowledge of global regulatory requirements for consumer and commercial products • Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
