📋 Description

• Partner with key stakeholders to identify top talent for our Valet Trash division. • Maintain stakeholder relationships and strategically partner with the business to drive hiring needs. • Act as a full-cycle recruiter who understands how to source quickly and creatively, while keeping the candidate experience top of mind. • Effectively pre-screen/interview candidates to determine skills and fit in relation to role requirements while serving as the primary point of contact throughout the full recruitment process. • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs in order to identify the right talent; ensuring goals are met. • Provide market research as a subject matter expert in guiding the recruitment process, adding value to key stakeholders. • Always maintain an elevated level of professionalism and confidentiality.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience with high volume labor positions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships. • Experience successfully partnering with key stakeholders/hiring managers in order to drive effective recruitment. • Strong sense of urgency and flexibility, with an ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. • Savvy with the latest technology and recruitment tools
