📋 Description

• Support the operational needs of LAC teams and drive adoption of established global processes • Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, CSM, Support, Product, Finance, Accounting, and international cross-functional teams across time zones • Build relationships with stakeholders ranging from senior executives to sales support teams • Gather information and support alignment across teams • Create and review presentations and documents • Maintain and update tracking spreadsheets and dashboards • Help coordinate and control internal corporate events • Manage vendors

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales support, business operations, administrative support, or related areas • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in a related field, or equivalent education/experience • Native or highly proficient Portuguese • Strong written and verbal English required • Spanish a plus • Effective written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated through content development and presentation • Excellent organizational skills, prioritization, and flexibility to manage multiple tasks amid shifting priorities • Self-motivated, curious, and current on technology trends, with a strong desire to learn and grow • Enjoys working cross-functionally as part of a broader team • Proven problem-solving skills, including creative and innovative solutions to business challenges • Ability to create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, statements, and inventories accurately using Microsoft Office, Excel, and Power BI • Strong internet research skills and practical knowledge of AI tools for research and vendor sourcing • Experience organizing and executing internal corporate events, including timeline tracking, vendor management, logistics, venue/catering coordination, participant tracking, and on-site support
