📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR support professionals to achieve team and departmental objectives. • Oversee daily operations of the support team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of HR services. • Collaborate with HR leadership to implement policies, processes, and initiatives aligned with organizational goals. • Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and industry standards in all support activities. • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and identify opportunities for professional growth. • Manage escalated issues and serve as a point of contact to resolve complex employee inquiries or concerns. • Utilize data-driven insights to improve workflows, enhance employee satisfaction, and streamline support services. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement across HR processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven experience managing or supervising a support team, preferably within HR or a related industry. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and maintain positive team dynamics. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Proficiency in HR systems, tools, and software with a focus on operational efficiency. • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Commitment to upholding confidentiality and ethical standards in handling sensitive HR data. • Ability to analyze data and produce actionable insights to improve team performance and operations.
